30 DAY CHALLENGE STARTS 1ST NOVEMBER! JOIN US!

Yay! I am very excited to have so many people joining in the 30 day challenge.  We can be VERY VERY HIGHLY EFFECTIVE TOGETHER. It’s great to have the company, thank you.

Let’s say that we properly start on Saturday 1st November and end on Sunday 30th November.

I will post tiny messages every day to confirm that I’ve carried out my commitments for the day which are:

NO BOOZE FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS
EXERCISE HALF AN HOUR EVERY DAY
MEDITATE ONCE A DAY
CHECK THE BANK BALANCES EVERY DAY
PLAN WHAT I’M DOING THE NEXT DAY BEFORE I GO TO BED

For those who have declared their 30 DAY GOALS already, THANK YOU. It would be great if you could keep checking in and leaving comments to let us know you’re on track over the next month. I’ll also be harassing you individually – in a loving, very nice way of course.

What are the things that could do every day that – or over the 30 days – that could make a real difference to your life? They can be big or tiny. 

So far we’ve had commitments to meditate, exercise, apply for 2 jobs a week, write 10 mins a day, drink green juice every day, trampoline every day (love the sound of that one). A couple of people have also mentioned Whole30 – which involves no dairy, carbs, sugar or booze for 30 days.

Email me or leave a comment at the bottom of this post. Apparently making a public commitment means that you are much more likely to stick to it – so go on be brave, make a post below. Also, I’ve read somewhere that when it comes to setting goals it helps to be very specific, so, for example, walk ten minutes a day, or intend of ‘eat healthily’  say, I will cut out sugar or eat five veg a day etc.

Covey says that there’s a real power in sticking to your commitments – it makes us feel in control of our lives and sticking to a tiny thing like walking around the block once a day can remind us that we have the discipline and power to do anything we want in life.

SO LET’S DO IT. EVEN IF THERE WAS JUST ONE SMALL THING YOU COULD DO IN THE NEXT MONTH THAT WOULD MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE? WHAT WOULD IT BE?
